At the end of June 2025, on behalf of RadioXD, Isabel Peralta interviewed the courageous Spanish lawyer Eduardo Martín Duarte, who has taken the lead in presenting detailed dossiers of information to Spanish courts and Senate committees investigating ongoing corruption scandals that threaten to bring down the government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.
As we have explained elsewhere, Isabel herself was prosecuted for her speech outside the Moroccan Embassy which exposed a corrupt relationship between Sánchez and the government of Morocco, as well as the effective blackmail that led Spain to abandon control of its immigration policy. Isabel has received a prison sentence, which is presently subject to appeal.
The dossiers presented by Eduardo Martín Duarte and discussed in this interview cover a broader range of apparent corruption, specifically involving apparent secret bank accounts (mainly in the Dominican Republic) held by leading government ministers.
